If you order a commission from me, you are agreeing to all of the below. Please read first. It is not my fault if you did not do so.

Please remember, I am a digital artist, this is a digital piece of art. You will not receive anything physical in the mail. If you wish to make a print of it for yourself and yourself ONLY, feel free as long as you make no money from it.

If you are wanting to order a commission, you have a very easy way to do so! I have opted to using VGen only for my comms, as it makes everything easy. It converts prices to USD via PayPal if you're out of the United States, both the buyer and artist are protected, and you don't need an account to fill out the form! My VGen link has been listed in contact, is at the bottom of each section, and is linked at the top of pricing!

I take payment up front before I start the piece once it is accepted.

All payments are priced in USD and will be done through VGen. VGen will make any money conversions for you automatically if you're outside of the US.

If the piece is rather large and costs $100 USD or more, I am willing to do a 50/50 payment. Pay half up front, pay the other half when it is completed. However I will not hand over the finished piece until the last bit of payment is made. Please understand, it is not that I do not want to trust my clients, it's to protect myself from scammers. I will inform you when the product is finished and send over the invoice.

Before I enter the painting/rendering stage, I will send over a clean sketch.

You are allowed to make up to three revisions before I move on.

I will only allow more revisions if it's a big project that needs more attention to detail. For example: Detailed background or multiple characters in frame may need more revisions and I'm willing to allow such as long as it does not get out of hand. I will point it out if it does so.

If you do not end up liking something with the finished product, PLEASE tell me and I will do my best to fix it! I won't know if you don't say so.

I have carpal tunnel, if your drawing has multiple characters and/or a detailed background, your commission could take up to one-two months at most to complete.

If you need your art by a deadline however, do not hesitate to say so and I will do my best to deliver on time as long as it is reasonable. Do not expect me to finish a giant piece in a day.

I will keep you informed at all times so you know what stage your commission is in or in case I'm having an IRL emergency that needs to be tended too that might put the order on pause. I appreciate your patience.

I will have a trello board set up that will be sent to each paying client. You'll be given a number that will show where you're at in the queue and what stage the piece is in if you're curious. I will do my best to always keep this updated.

For personal usage: You may use it as a profile picture, banner picture, etc. You may post it on your social media with credit and of course, just keep for yourself. As long as you are not making money from the piece, feel free to do what you wish with it.

I do not currently take projects for commercial clients, personal pieces only.

Turning my work into NFTs, selling it for a profit without a commercial use agreement, "training" it for AI, etc. is NOT allowed.

Do not claim the work as your own!

You are welcome to post it/share it around, however it must have credit in some way linked back to me.

Once again, I do not take commercial commissions so you may not do anything with the piece that makes you money from said piece.

Once the commission is past the sketching stage and onto painting after any revisions have been met, a refund will NO longer be allowed.

Refunds will also not be allowed if the product is already finished. If there's something that needs to be fixed when I finish it, just tell me and I will do so with no extra cost. You are the client, I want you to like what you paid for.

If I am unable to finish your commission for any reason, I will let you know and give you a full refund immediately.

If you paid 50/50 and cannot pay the final half, I will not refund the first half if the product is in the rendering stage/finished.

If you try to scam me and do a chargeback on PayPal for no reason other than to be spiteful/a scammer, I will contact PayPal/VGen and show my TOS for evidence, along with any messages saying you got your product and liked it. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior and you will be blacklisted, I will also share your username with my artist friends and make sure they blacklist you too for their own safety. If you have malicious intent, do not bother. I will not put up with it under any circumstances.

Once I receive your VGen form request, I will contact you immediately through your preferred method of contact.

Throughout the working stages, I will keep you in the loop at all times so you know how your commission is doing along with keeping the Trello board updated.
